I went online to get a quote and I received 11 text and Ray A. was the only one who called, so I appreciated that customer service and spoke with him. His service was excellent. I didn't feel comfortable giving the info over the phone, so he met me at the office. Kudos for another person touch. And now I am happy, I trust him and look fwd to a long relationship with Allstate...Ms Jae
Ray and his team are always diligent about answering my questions, reaching out with updated and better pricing/coverage, and explaining everything in a way thats easy to understand. Every time I've called or emailed - they have gotten back to me promptly. I moved states and was having issues switching everything over in the system. Ray and his team were quick about getting down to why it was acting up and finding an alternative for me. Great business - would definitely recommend!

Ray Aungst is the type of agent that’s fair and knows his stuff, insist dealt with him about 4 years ago and I did switch companies last year for cost reasons but here I am back with him again because he’s honest and works with his clients with their best interests at heart. So I would recommend him 10 times over. It’s never so much about the company but the agent with who represents you. I recommend Ray.
