They don't return emails..they don't answer phone...it's literally impossible to get in contact..not even sure if they exist
Highly recommend Rax Performance, ordered my spoiler online and received an email 2 days later that my item was ready for pick up. Price was great and so is the quality, will definitely be coming back for more parts. Ordered an RS grille for my B8.5 S4, they sent me the wrong Audi emblem color and took 6 weeks to respond and send a replacement, then went to install the grill and realized they sent me a grille for the earlier generation S4! Have emailed them twice to resolve and no response at all. Stay away, horrible quality control and customer service
Why do I need to give you my email in order to view your website? Bad business practice!
