Nice double wide. Very Roomy and always willing to fix the problem. And the office is always so nice
I just wonder why does the post office guy park in the resident parking spot at the mail box area and the post man has his own spot to park at and when he parks in the residents parking spot we DON'T have any spot to park he needs to be parking in his spot ty and have a nice day he park side ways in our parking spot!!

Told me I can move in 9/1/2019 I went filled out everything and everything was approved I pay all my money before the first of September it is now the second week of October and my trailer is not ready they are not organized wat so ever and they will lie to you just to get u in there I needed a home asap ND it's now been two whole months ND communication with them sucks they never answer the phone not do they call u emails only ND if they don't respond to that then u just have to go up there I wish I would have read the comm... read more

Break in and the homes are very close together
been here 2 yrs and have had the normal teens sucking gas out of my van and a puncture in my tire but other than that me and my son love it here. P.S. Not happy with not having an open pool right now it has been very hot. but I love my neighbors and I will stay a little while longer. lol
