Updated review thanks to Michaela! Park is getting better, alot of nicer new homes being put in. Speed bumps to keep people driving dangerously around others would change this to a 5 star rating.
Terrible management. They don’t communicate with each other and. Worst experience of my life soon as you get ready to pay rent they will evict you. I was on my way to pay my rent got call saying that they are putting your stuff out. Don’t even give you a chance
Live in this park and I would never recommend anybody to live here if you're not even more than 15 ( that just the lot rent for that month) days late they tried to evict you and if you can manage to pay up what you owe ,between what you owe in lot rent and the lawyer fees . Not only that they are changing to have my kids pick up to go to school (public school). Today I was wake up to the sound of them Tearing up the end of my street I would normally not have a problem of this except I was never notified and I work nights. So... read more
