Updating this review because of Shane in the front office! You can imagine everyone does not listen to rules, and well that can be hard for the front office to actually do their job correctly. Shane sent out emails to everyone addressing ALL issue's, now people just need to listen. Have a great day.
Yes communities are the worst mobile homes to live in. You’re better off with sun communities or bayshore much more professional and more clean! This place is money hungry! If you’re late on your rent they literally force the court filing between 10-12 depending on how the property manager feels then on the 3 week add your $25 late fee and let’s not forget they just sent out an email stating that if rent is not paid by the 28th the will add your other rent to the pay and will not accept the current rent unless both are paid ... read more
Please don’t ot deal with this place !!! T rawsonville gave some one keys to a mobile home with my information they never seen me or contacted me but gave a stranger keys to a mobile home in my name!!!! Fraudulent at it finest please watch out for this business they know the situation is fraud and still trying to affect my credit.!!!
