DO NOT RENT from here !!!!!!! In 5 months of living there I have experienced 4 gun shots in the community one of which was 2 doors down from me. The field manager agreed to lift the court cost and for termination of my contract . She LIED and then sent us to collections. I’ve tried to contact her and she refuses to answer my calls. The community is scary to live in !!!!!!! Management are all lies . I promise on everything this is all the truth. Please don’t rent here.
Beautiful day outside and pool still not open! Totally would be awesome to use amenities that included/paid for in rent! No reason from the office about when or why its closed either! Cant count on them to be reliable. Dont move here if you actually want to use what your money pays for. Playground, parks, and pool arent kept up until resident make a big up roar...
Crazyness happens in there, says they have pool but it's always closed due to not working.
