Been living here for 16 years, and it is amazing how bad it has gotten in here. The management does not care about the tenants at all; office never answers the phones, but if you walk in while you are calling, you see them sitting at the desk ignoring the phone. The grounds are left to grow like crazy and when the neighborhood kids damage the common ground structures, they are not repaired, not cleaned up, and we often have to clean up wood with exposed nails ourselves when we try to use the gazebos in the park. Don't move here if you want a place that has a pool. The pool is rarely open. The playgrounds are nice to have, except the equipment is broken and never repaired. Broken swing with sharp metal exposed, broken monkey bars, broken basketball hoops and now a broken gazebo. Yes Communities won't provide funds to TNR the out of control stray cat population either. Placed two applications on the 5th haven’t gotten anything mentioning acceptance or rejection. It is now the 16th and I haven’t heard anything from you guys. I’ve called left so many messages and texted the number provided. This is completely unacceptable when you guys charge 50 to apply.
A very chill park with good people.
Its really annoying to pay for a pool and it not be in use. The pool has only been open about 5 days this whole season. There is no schedule, its all at random just whenever they feel like it. The office either states its being cleaned, the pump doesnt work, no attendent, and they arent even open on the weekend(the time when most people would use it). Not to mention the kids that are constantly littering, breaking or stealing items, and being rude to people. Also wayside drive drainage grates need to be replaced because our ... read more
