I felt unfairly treated by the receptionist during my visit. I waited at the clinic for nearly three hours, which was extremely frustrating. What made the experience even worse was seeing around six people who arrived after me being allowed to see the doctor before I did. One star too much for him One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I waited for more than two hours, even though there weren’t many patients. There was no respect for people’s time, and the way Hani treated patients was unprofessional and disrespectful. I expected a much higher standard of care and communication. Respect and professionalism should be the foundation of any healthcare service, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.
