Unprofessional Receptionist and Poor Directions I had a disappointing experience on 31st May at around 11:35 AM when I called the centre for directions. The receptionist on duty was rude and unhelpful. When I asked where the elevator was, she kept repeating "come through the elevator" without clearly explaining its location. Despite asking multiple times, she raised her voice and eventually hung up. I had to ask nearby shops for help to find the way. I've only been here a few times and have had nothing but professional and courteous service from all staff. Dr everson is always very professional in his approach to patients and his "bedside manner" is beyond reproach
The doctor I saw was great however the receptionists where veru rude and very little professionalism was used they were busy having conversations between each other instead of answering phone calls and talking very loudly about their own personal lives. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
