Incompetent reception staff, didn't let the doctors know I was here even after taking all my details. I asked reception to send me a PDF version of my medical certificate, she agreed to in the clinic but didn't send it after I left. When I called to follow up she refused and said "don't you have the physical copy?" Doctor Li was lovely which is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars
This was my second time seeing Dr. Henry Li, and once again, he exceeded my expectations. Not only does he demonstrate deep medical knowledge and professionalism, but he also shows genuine care and never hesitates to answer my questions. He took time to review my health record carefully and thoughtfully prescribed better medication for me. Rather than just scheduling a flu shot to save time, he first checked whether I was overdue. Great experience with Dr Parimala Iyengar. She was kind, understanding, and very accommodating during my appointment. The receptionist was helpful, and everything ran smoothly. I really appreciate the care and professionalism.
