I can't recommend Rawn and his gym enough!!! Workouts are completely personalized and you can tell Rawn pays attention to every move you make, not just going through the motions. He's incredibly punctual, reliable, and has never missed or canceled a session, which says a lot. I've seen real results and can confidently say I feel stronger from training here. Rawn Brown is a full service multi decade fitness pro. He has worked with me for 13 years and has trained my wife and son. I have seen results both in physical and emotional well-being through his workouts, diets and motivational words. He kicks my ass 2 times a week and that has powered me through 4 job changes and stress of 3 kids.
Rawn is a terrific trainer and first class motivator. We have worked together for over 10 years and the result is the ability to compete in races, do high level hiking, and walk and play 18 holes of golf (and carry my bag) without stress or strain. Finally, his fitness studio is the perfect place for pursuing excellence.
Started here a year ago and see a HUGE difference in my strength. Great place to work out! Clean. Private. Easy location w parking! Most important Rawn has created a workout and a workout space that builds consistency and commitment. Personalized workouts that change with every session. Great for any age. Highly recommend!
