Wow Mrs clary did a perfect job on a dui matter . Throughout the entire thing she handled everything with the care as if I were her own kid. I felt as if my best interests were always put first. Anyone would be lucky for her to represent you!!
I wish I was able to have direct contact with Ms. Clary regarding how this matter was going to be handled. While respecting her busy schedule, it can be frustrating being represented by counsel and not being able to speak directly to them on at least one occasion. I would have preferred to have the ticket dismissed than just reduced. Then when follow up questions you are referred to your insurance company. Ms. Clary was very knowledge and helpful through out the whole process. From the moment I spoke with her I felt very comfortable with her ability to get the best outcome for me. I would highly recommend using her.
I received a speeding ticket (81 in a 60 on I-85) as the result of passing a another car. Kathleen was able to get this reduced to a non-moving violation. I was very impressed with this result and can highly recommend her based on this result.
Fantastic lawyering! Ms. Clary's legal assistant Stephanie requested some documentation from me, I told her I was leaving town but would send when I returned.
