Within short notice, the team where able to assist me while I'm in town. They were friendly and very professional. Komul and Paurik informed me of what the problem is and what the solution is. Good thing I asked for Mark to let me know the cost. Komul and Paurik arranged this immediately. Mark was quick at ringing me so that I could make an informed decision for the long term.
