I can not recommend this place. They messed up my brothers. Cremation. It was awful. The experience was a horrible night mare. They didn't do his cremation at the facility on east gate. In Sevierville they sent his body to another county to another facility to be cremated. It took forever to receive his remains back. Please save your self the extra agony and go to atchelys. Or any place besides this one.
