I completed all pre-visit paperwork online and was 15 minutes early for my appointment. In approximately 30 minutes I was called and entered an office where my blood pressure was taken, I was asked about allergies, and then was told "All of Dr. Zoller's examining rooms were full, and I would be called when one was available. Late in the afternoon two days before Christmas, my husband who was recovering from Covid, suddenly lost his hearing. It was very frightening to experience total and complete silence. Although ENT Associates was making preparations to close their office for the long holiday weekend, Leslie, his receptionist, answered the phone and Dr. Zoller said he would wait for us to come immediately to his office. I have have several dizziness for 2 weeks and got in the see Dr.Zoller this morning. Thank God he and Dr. Dean (training with Dr.Zoller) we’re able to see me. I am a nurse and have known Dr. Zoller for 30 plus years and he has been a sweet, compassionate, caring and extremely knowledge doctor for the entire time I have known him. Dr. Zoller is one of the best doctors my wife and I have ever seen. Very patient, detailed and friendly. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Zoller made me very comfortable, in my first visit, by willing to listen to me in an unhurried manner. Because of his age I was inclined to believe he would be competent in his treatment work, the belief that led me to chose him. He did what I visited him for to my satisfaction. He also invited me to see his audio doctor Katy Laws. She was very cordial and efficient. She answered all my questions related to retention of my hearing health. I feel lucky to find these professionals.
