Dr. Fernando's office visit was a waste of time, money, and energy. I was referred for migraine help. Entering the office, they were burning potpourri and the smell was very strong. I filled out my paperwork outside hoping that when called upon, the examination room would allow relief from the smell. I waited twenty minutes to be seen. Dr. Fernando said that he only visits with patients in the waiting area. We did not have any privacy and no vitals were taken like blood pressure.
