Never buy they lie to q about size and fiber And there is never an explain that hole can happen on gloves on website and they ignore refund request and they sent me wrong size and they never apologize and they deny to pay international ship fee for exchange so i lose almost 200 dollars and about 200 more for wrong size cause i bought another products following what they say that their products are US standard size Plz understand my broken english in email
Great Company, Not great shorts I bought these shorts because I was in the market for a pair of swimming shorts that are plastic free. The description here and after email a customer service rep both said this short is great for the beach, occasional swimming, and quick to dry. All of the above are not true. They are very heavy and take very long to dry. I would not market these shorts as quick to dry or for swimming. I understand natural materials hold onto water longer than polyester but these feel heavy as well.
Recently purchased a t-shirt. The shirt shrank considerably after washing and hang drying losing inches in body length. The waist hem also started unravelling and is falling apart after only 3 washes. I reached out multiple times by phone with no success. Terrible experience with customer support. They only allow 10 days to report a defective item, yet their return policy is 30-60 days. That tells me they do not have faith in their craftsmanship, and they are not interested in fixing their mistakes. I discovered a big hole in the shoe I bought, but since I had already started waxing them with the wax they sell and recommend for shoes, they denied me any help.
