Kristina motivates me to try something new every day. I am new to the plant-based lifestyle and it's really not that hard. I used to be a pescatarian but as I try new fruits and veggies I find myself spending my money on new discoveries. It's challenging and fun. I love Kristina's book too. It came in the mail in January and I haven't been able to put it down. I've tried several recipes and I simply love the elixers best. I love that fact that I can get more nutrients in a smoothie than I ever imagined.

I live in California, I didnt purchase food from co-op, but I purchase recipes. Watch fully raw videos on you tube. My first experience was the videos. Looking at the heading, watching this smiling young woman with a large bowl of fruits, peak my curiosity, I watched, subscribed and I'm still following. It changed the way I think about food and what I eat. My partner he got hook to buying seeds and plants.
