Joined Raw 3 weeks ago after a 10 year hiatus! And it has been hard but so good! I have seen faster results in these 12 workouts than I have in the last decade doing anything else. I am down 11lbs and am almost under my 1st milestone goal of weighing under 200lb.🙌 The workouts are tough but the coaches and other Rawstars are there to encourage you every step of the way.
