If i could give 0 i would. I have never been treated so poorly as a new patient in my LIFE. Never even got past the front desk. Email said 1230 - no other indication of arriving early for paperwork aside from a phone call when the appointment was made and one reminder call well before the appointment. Arrived at 1220 and was hatefully told they would have to ask the doctor if he could still see me as there was 8 pages of paperwork to complete. I saw Joe here this week after my clinic closed due to my Rheumatologist passed away (after having a freak hunting accident) and I felt heard and understood for the first time in a long while . In just a few minutes he started asking me questions on the information I gave him and he figured out in a flash how to stop my constant pain. We are questioning the old “Lupus” diagnosis now.
