An appraiser came out to my rental for a refinance. They were timely, had a single day turnaround on the return, and appraised it based on actual data rather than making it up. I'm happy it appraised higher than I expected of course, but appreciate that the appraisal didn't come in "at exactly the value proposed by the bank" like every other appraisal service. I feel like this company actually puts in the effort and thought.
