Coming out of a long winter, I needed to get back into rhythm. This bootcamp was perfect, especially for one month. Elise, Stephanie and Amy do a very great job in pushing your limits. The workouts are what you make of it. The instructors teach you the routine and its up to you to push yourself and have a good workout. I had a lot of classes with Stephanie because of the schedule, I recommend her. She's very observant and makes sure everyone is doing good form and exercises correctly.
