I take this class every January, to get me back on track with living a healthy lifestyle (Yes; I get off track over the holidays). The materials and the recipes are always fresh/new; because Robbie puts in the work to stay on top of advances in nutrition and medicine. Thank you Robbie & Ann Marie!

I love your Podcast Robbie and the inspiration you share with others and the encouragement you give to others like myself. With your wonderful words your healthy life style I have been able to eat healthy stop drinking wine and loose 16 pounds in 3 weeks. I feel great! I enjoy listening to you.
