I have 5 maple trees that needed pruning and trimming. My understanding was that dead branches would be pruned. There are several limbs that extend across property lines into adjacent yards. I paid the asking price at after a short discussion and left for work. Upon return from work I discovered that a number of dead branches had not been pruned.
