Great place. Supportive to all levels of fitness and experience. Professional, knowledgeable coaches who are able to give alternatives to undoable movements due to injury and aging. Legends class for people over 55 is challenging but not harmful to the body.
I heard about this gym through my sister and only joined to spend more time with her. In the beginning, I was definitely overwhelmed, as I wasn’t good at form and there were a lot of experienced people in those classes. Today was the 100th time I have gone through a RAW workout. I never thought about how many times I have been there in the past few months. I never thought that as a +71 year-old I would be going to a gym. I never thought I would enjoy it so much. I never thought my stamina, strength, and flexibility would improve so dramatically.
