I was visiting family in PA and dropped in for a workout. The people are amazing, the atmosphere is great, and the workout rocked. Coaches Amy and Sean made me feel right at home. 10/10 experience. I will be back every time I am in PA now.
Love this gym! Been going for years
Attended a workout for charity/dementia awareness, and it was awesome. It was our first time being there and you could see and feel the sense of community and support from the start. The workout was dynamic, challenging, and fun. An incredibly positive experience!
Excellent CrossFit facility! Great coaches and staff!
