I heard about this gym through my sister and only joined to spend more time with her. In the beginning, I was definitely overwhelmed, as I wasn’t good at form and there were a lot of experienced people in those classes. Today was the 100th time I have gone through a RAW workout. I never thought about how many times I have been there in the past few months. I never thought that as a +71 year-old I would be going to a gym. I never thought I would enjoy it so much. I never thought my stamina, strength, and flexibility would improve so dramatically.
