Its good but..... the title of the class is abit misleading "Strength & Conditioning" but in reality its essentially "Crossfit" your doing high intensity cardio with weights as quick as possible with a group thats what crossfit is.
Top class gym, great Olympic lifting classes.

Excellent gym, very welcoming and the coaches are highly knowledgeable and attentive. No matter your experience or goals the small group classes are tailored to your own goals. The membership options or drop in classes are very reasonable for the service provided. The Raw Cafe upstairs also serves awesome coffee! Highly recommend to give this gym a go, no matter your experiance!
