I am so happy that I found this gym! It is everything I have been looking for; community, expertise, and a challenge that fits my needs and age group. Amador is an excellent trainer who listens to each person's individual needs, offering guidance and modifications when needed. I started attending sessions ant this gym around three months ago. My mother and some of her friends were attending and she told me how nice the people were and how much she enjoyed it, so I started attending the same sessions as her. I’ve been having a wonderful time, the gym sessions are well instructed, and they are pretty challenging in terms of cardiovascular endurance. Just joined, think I’m going to love it! Sofia is impressive and I recommend her all the time, she’s what brought me here for PT after my hip replacement and Amador is helping me get back to my workouts. My form is important to my progress, I’ve got other injuries to be mindful of and I feel he’s watching out for me. Im looking forward to getting stronger again.
Incredibly approachable gym in a supportive environment. Whether you're just starting out/trying to get back into a fitness regimen, or dialing in on your training, Amador and Sofia are very knowledgeable and experienced in properly training the individuals that they coach towards goals, and also making it fun and understandable. Sofi is an incredible PT and athlete. She has an uncanny ability to perceive what is happening inside a person just based on simple movements. I highly recommend visiting her and considering their cool gym here in San Dimas. It's a great community that has everything you need, in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is easy to access, with plenty of parking.
