Rachael is the ultimate, knowledgeable professional! She is friendly and knows her stuff! She will ask you if you need the pressure let up but that deep targeted massage helps so much! I have problems with muscle cramps in my neck and shoulders and she always works out those kinks and by the next day I feel great! Rachael also gives tips for diet, hydration and stretching exercises to help out at home. I highly recommend her!
This is my only go to massage therapist! Rachel definitely has magic hands! Best deep tissue massage to get me back to myself again. I have been with her for years & completely trust her knowledge of all things massage. She has some great add ons too. Whether it’s relaxation or therapeutic you won’t be disappointed.
Rachel did an awesome job on my neck, arm, and shoulder. She asked if she needed to let up on the pressure. Afterwards, she offered suggestions on aftercare, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely go back to her!
