I was told this place helps remove unwanted goods and provides good service, so I went there today to give them a fridge (not sell it). Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived there was no one at the office window for quite some time. When someone finally came to the window, the only responses I got were that they don’t buy fridges and asking if I had enclosed shoes. Took 70kg worth of data and power cable to them, only gave us $20 for it. Argued that it’s the national pricing for it. So we took it back and got refunded. Went to Sims metal and got $260 instead. Total scammers don’t go here!
