Excellent place to work out with 24 hour access, clean facilities, great atmosphere and wide range of equipment and free weights.
Over a 3 year member here, I’ve seen this place evolve so much! I love the atmosphere and the upkeep that the hardworking staff does to keep this place open. It’s not the biggest place but big things come from small and humble beginnings. Keep up the great work!
It reminds me of Iron Junkie in Jacksonville back in the day. Simple, clean, friendly and an overall great gym for a good workout. I never have to worry about reracking plates before starting my workout or have to wait 45+ minutes for the aspiring Instagram model to stop playing with their phone, focusing on camera angles and get off of the equipment; while they only do 2 sets of 3 reps in that amount of time. Equipment is kept up. Gym is clean. Other members are friendly and just there to get a great workout.
Shower area is a plus.
Sadly I am having update my original review of this place because it appears the management is content to let this particular location go downhill. I have attached photos that were taken on 10/16/2022 which show the current state of the gym; overall it seems to be suffering from neglect of staff as the equipment, environment, and facility itself are just rife with problems ranging from bad gym etiquette (i.e. weights all over the place) to actual broken equipment (i.e. punching bag is broken, furnace is exposed, and lights a... read more
