Our training sessions do require hard work and are not easy but do produce positive results and benefits inside and outside of the gym.

Joined RAW’s 6 week program - first time setting foot in a gym in five years! I was nervous at the start but Ash, my head coach, guided me in seamlessly. When my goals changed halfway through, coaches Jamie, Jack, Marshall and Shaz were all incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve come out of the program feeling stronger, more energised and so thankful to the RAW team. Definitely recommending this to my friends and family! :)

Joined Raw Inc Family without any massive expectations as every fitness journey I have been on has failed up until NOW, as I have issues with committing to things I dont enjoy! I’m on the 6 week training and absolutely loving it! 3 years postpartum and starting to love my body again! All the PT’s are so approachable and tirelessly keep pushing you to do better for yourself. Raw Inc thank you because you have reminded me to prioritise myself again! ❤️
great coaches with great advice, wide variety of equipment and always can count on a tough but rewarding session as you want to improve or do better in the gym
