So far everyone has been very friendly. The workouts are fun but challenging. It’s easy to adapt them to your own fitness level. With periodic specials, the membership prices become very reasonable.
On the first Saturday of the new year, I walked into Eric’s class and instantly loved it; the 8am crew was so sweet. The team is hilarious, welcoming, and full of amazing energy. Music is giving; I mean brunch vibes mixed with east vs west coast Hip Hop👏🏾Cari and Mario don’t play😅I had to take a much needed rest day cause I couldn’t move. Amazing facility, highly recommend!
Joined for a challenge and then signed up for a year. I love this place! They have a 5:00 a.m. class for the mommies that struggle to fit excercise in their busy schedule. They do all the workout planning you just show up and they take it from there. ALL the trainers are great. It is soo much fun. Definitely help push you out of your comfort zone to get results. Judgement free zone. All ages and levels welcomed. Boot camp style!

It would be nice if you didn't have all your clients park in front of all the other businesses in the parking lot.
