All the good folks are gone, its all young kids who just got their driver’s permit and their first job.
I made an appointment twice with Moe and both times he was a 'no-show'. Even though the auto-booking system said that he was available at 10am he was not. The counter person rescheduled it again at 10am 2 days later and again he was no-show. Apparently he is there in the afternoon, but no one said anything. Very poor service.
Awful experience. Had a 10am appointment, booked the evening before, and the first staff to show up wasn't till 1015. I let them know that I had a 10am with one of the barbers and was told he's not here. The solution seemed to be giving me the barbers phone # to call him myself to see where he was. Tried twice with no answer. While waiting for for a call back another person came in for their appointment and got the same answer of " he's not here". As a regular customer for the past 3 to 4 years, I was disappointed with the recent haircut my son received from Eddie. We had grown out my son's hair specifically to get a mullet-style cut for his upcoming birthday in a few days. Unfortunately, the cut was uneven—particularly from the back, where the right side looks more like a zero fade, while the left side doesn't match. The overall finish lacked consistency and balance. Absolutely fantastic experience! I had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Moe, and he did an amazing job. He’s incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and really takes the time to understand what you want. The fade was clean, the lineup was perfect, and the overall vibe of the shop was welcoming and professional. Highly recommend Moe if you’re looking for a barber who knows his craft and delivers top-notch results every time!
