Run, don’t walk, to Raw Dead Fish in CDA for their new fish & chips! The sushi has always been a hit here, but I was especially impressed with a couple of their newer menu additions. The fish & chips were outstanding—great fresh-tasting cod with a light, crispy batter that wasn’t greasy at all. Only downside is I didn’t order more
The fish is unlike anything you get around Kootenia period. Big flaky chunks of lightly tempura fish. The fry’s were crispy with a salty bite. The sauces were fresh and zesty. My 86 year old Mom asked if we have the number to order next Friday. Travis the owner is doing it right!
When arriving at the store to wait to pick up an order asked at the time of arrival which was 5 o’clock. They said the order would be right out ready shortly and they was almost done with the order. Ask the second time at 5:10 what time or how much longer will it be for the order? The Mail side of the store decided he was gonna get rude and instead of dedicating his Answer towards me he dedicated his answers towards everyone in the parking lot like he Parking enforcement the gentleman was very rude and disrespectful and look... read more
