Well the first order came. These nuts and seeds may be sprouted and soaked but the quality for the price is fair at best. Cashews are smaller size and are a mix of whole nuts and pieces. Their shipping charges are very high and offer FedX only. And then there is an added "shipping tax" which I have never seen on any online order. This is one-and-done order. I have used much better nut sources online.
