New owner doesn’t know what he is doing horrible service. Called ahead ask him to put his hands on the parts he said he did, drive 1.5 hours he lied then tried to make me understand that the computer said he has it witch means nothing becouse he said he put his hands on it and it would be on the shelf waiting. When I got there he said they never had it….
Called in advance looking for a liftgate for a newer explorer. Found part on car-part. Asked if it had all the parts. Spoiler,inner plastics. Was reassured by the lady on the phone it comes with all the parts. Drive 45 mins to get there to them having to find where the liftgate is. Finally found it missing spoiler and inner plastics. Guy at the counter showed me 3 others that weren't the color I asked for so I was like ok cool ill just take one of those. Price on the 3 others was over double the price of the first one.
