These are EXCEEDINGLY rare qualities in an American Doctor, for at least 90% of them are quacks and scumbag sellouts to the pharmaceutical corporations, and are the cause of the heroin epidemic that currently assails the United States. In my personal experience I have only seen such qualities in foreign doctors. Until, that is, I met Dr. Ravitsky. I highly recommend him.
