I recently went to this spa because of a Groupon purchase. I bought a microderm & LCD treatment w/facial. The facial was like any other. Cleaning out pores & blackheads. I didn't even feel the microderm nor am I sure she gave me one. Then I looked in the mirror. My face was red and bumpy. I have had plenty of facials to know that redness is possible but never bumpy.
