I made an appointment as a new patient, two days prior to my appointment there was a snow storm so I called the morning of my appointment to ask if there office was open, no answer, left a message. I then decided to show up to the office for my 2:45 pm appointment anyway , I continued to call the office on the drive there only to get a message that their office hours end at 2pm on that day, then why would you schedule me for a 2:45 pm appointment in the first place!
