The management is terrible. They don’t maintain anything, barely are in the office, increasing rent to force people out, they don’t even know I moved months ago so they kept charging me, and their are people robbing people here so clearly you shouldn’t move here

The lease to own program is a SCAM! The past 2 years, this place has turned into a pharmacy and the mangers daughter is the ring leader of it all!!! Bunch of pot heads losers

Piece of shit company. It's run by liars and crooks. They'll lie and try taking advantage of you at every possible opportunity. Of all the places I've lived, I've never seen a community managed by such incompetent imbeciles. Their maintenance people and contractors have no idea what they're doing. Management is petty and vindictive and enforces rules selectively, based on who's in their "clique." The manager is terrible and the park is trashy do not move here! If you get on the managers bad side she will evict you for no reason or make your life here Hell. If you already live here.... call corporates office at 224-261-8624 if you have a problem with her or if the park is not addressing your concerns.
