Nikki is one of the best property managers I have ever worked with. Any questions or issues that I have had , she answered and assisted with the problem immediately. She 100% made staying at the Ravinia 10x better.
Truthfully I would leave a 0 star if that option was available. That is what I feel this complex deserves. The front desk staff has a lack of integrity and professionalism when dealing with tenets. In particular Nikki does not know how to properly handle or communicate with her residents and lets her anger get the best of her at any given moment. I moved here last summer, I initially had issues with bugs upon move in, I reported it to management and maintenance. This issue was quickly resolved with exceptional professional pest control services. Kevin with maintenance was professional and took the issue seriously, I have not seen any bugs since pest control came in. The bugs seem to have come from previous tenants who never reported the issue. Maintenance gave me all new appliances and even had someone re clean my unit after the bug issue was resolved.
