I’m making this review specifically for Amin! He’s absolutely exceptional! He has such a positive attitude and he helped both me and my boyfriend find an affordable and beautiful apartment home. He goes above and beyond to make sure we’re good and we appreciate him so much. I couldn’t have run into a more supportive, thoughtful and kind person as him. Keep up the great work Amin you are appreciated!
I’m very comfortable living here at the Ravinia. People are nice and it’s peaceful. It’s a safe neighborhood. Yassy from Administration is the sweetest person and so helpful! Just love her. And Amin is very kind and helpful as well. The maintenance men are amazing. Kevin, Max, Logan. Hard working and they do a great job. Love it here.
The process to move in was a good experience. Amin was very helpful with all the paperwork and the whole process with him was a very positive experience. He explained things clearly and answered my questions. Am looking forward to a positive experience in my stay here with the friendly staff and management.
We recently toured Ravinia Apartments and were assisted by the leasing agent, Amin. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Amin took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and informed during the tour. He is generous with his time and clearly cares about providing excellent service. I lived here for a year and had a great experience. The property had frequent visits to make sure everything was in order, and the manager was always very nice and helpful. There was even a time I almost got towed, and the manager personally made me aware and helped me avoid the situation. I really appreciated the attentive management and friendly service during my stay.
