Katie has made my experience here so much better. I’ll admit I’m not always the easiest tenant to deal with, but she is always kind, patient, and attentive. She truly listens, follows through, and goes above and beyond to make sure any concerns are taken care of. Her professionalism and genuine care make living here a pleasure.
