Been here two years and had no problems until they started towing cars at random due to an issue in parking registration where the managers are not helpful and clueless. They sent emails but again they towed at random and failed to even let me know that we weren’t registered after two years. I would not recommend anyone moving into these apartments due to the poor communication from the staff. They are just about money. Don’t ever live here. They will SCREW you outta of money. Been living here for a few months now and community is great! Everyone is incredibly welcoming, the layout is easy to navigate, and the price for the size of the apartment is better than others nearby. Only issue is everything is very disorganized. We're having inspections at the moment, and apparently theyve been going on MONTHS before we even moved in. Yassy is the heartbeat of the Ravinia apartment complex. She made our process seamless and timely. The apartment locations are great, along with the amenities. Parking is accessible without a garage or covered parking which is rare in San Antonio. We chose a 3b2b. Carpet in most areas other than kitchen and bathroom. Private balcony. Would recommend to families and seniors. Not much of a nightlife vibe, (which is honestly preferred)
