I would give Raving Real Estate negative stars if I could. They seem friendly and professional until you sign a lease. Then you mean nothing to them except money. Chances are you won’t get your deposit back unless you take them to court. In fact, when looking into legal assistance, I was told by at least 4 lawyers that they could not represent me, because they had already represented him (big red flag). At times it is very difficult to get in touch with Brendan. He is a very easy going landlord though. I suppose that when money is concerned, it is difficult to find any real estate agent that is fantastic. There will be problems.
DO NOT lease with Brendan Murphy or Raving Real Estate. He is extremely unprofessional and he will cheat you out of money. I hadn't considered having a lawyer review a lease contract before signing with Brendan. You will be wise to avoid signing with him at all costs.
Raving Real Estate is Extremely Unprofessional. After scheduling an appointment with this person, I waited well over 25 minutes. When I called to ask if this is Raving Real Estate Policy, Brendan rudley said "I have people stand me up all of the time. I don't need to apologiz and you need to realize that professionals are allowed to make mistakes, unless you are so rigid you can't understand." He was condescending and uprofessional.
