Recommendedclean, well maintained, larger lots
My trailer had a ceiling leak that sat for months and formed black mold. It turned into a giant hole and they never came and fixed. Ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks sick. was 6 weeks pregnant too. Morris bleadsoe is a horrible owner/ manager I do not recommend living her. He may seem nice but will screw your over in the end
the park manager is not very friendly he is rude tryst to talk to people like there stupid or like he Owen's the hole road
not a good place to live they get you in there but then don't take care of problems with places service is horrible up keep is horrendous
too many rules rent keeps going up bad place to stay management thinks they're Gods people can have things and other people cannot your so-called speed limits a 15 miles per hour but yet lots of people haul ass through there especially in the morning and at night I don't feel things are done correct here I just wish I knew the person that owned Ravine View Estates I so cannot wait to move out of this place
The people running the office suck. Well never move in another trailer. The whole park in invested with BED BUGS!!!!!!
