Dr.Ravina does not qualify to be a caring doctor. I waited for so long in Teladoc to get a doctor to see me.Finally Dr.Ravina got connected and i asked her to wait for a minute so that i can join a video call rather than audio call. Immediately she cancelled my appointment. This is rude and i do not expect any doctor to be not concerned with a Patient situation. Hope she realizes and changes her attitude.
Dr. Kadam has the desire to help people, but lacks good bedside manner. When in office recently to resolve an issue her staff had ordering a medication due to new insurance, she took the defensive instead of hearing me out. She was disrespectful and even when we showed her what the issue was, she refused to Acknowledge the error on the part of her incompetent staff. This is a good doctor but has a very incompetent staff. When we addressed an issue with communication, she got defensive and refused to acknowledge the mistake her nurse made, despite proof right under her nose. Her response was to tell us we need to find a new doctor, one we can trust. Thank you for warning us that you were not to be trusted.
My opinion she should not be working with the poor or elderly. She should not be with the free clinc. She a bully because she can not get patient blood sugar under control, she throws them off the program. When the patient ask can they have another doctor they say no. Abuse of power. If the patient is poor what sense do it make throwing them off the program so they can not get any of their medicine. She have no bed side manners. The patient leave out her office feeling worst.
