I scheduled an appointment with this doctor and unfortunately, when I showed up for the appointment, the receptionist told me that she forgot to put my appointment in the system and the doctor left for the day. She asked me if I was at the right place and was I sure I scheduled an appointment with a GI doctor, implying that I was confused instead of her being mistaken. I was offered to come back the next day between 10a-1p. 50 minute drive during my work day for nothing.
