I’ve been coming to this office since I was a kid, and it’s unfortunate to say that my recent experience will be my last. The doctors themselves are good people and knowledgeable, but the front desk and office staff are extremely unprofessional. I was met with attitude when asking simple questions, dismissed, and made to feel as though my time and presence did not matter. 1. Staff need professional training. 2. When you call you can’t talk to your doctor or ask a personal question, the staff in the front wants you to publicly state your information in front of everyone. 3. They all lack professionalism. 4. You leave a message for your doctor or nurse which they never pass on. No call back. 5. You will give the best call back time if they have results, they call whenever time they chooses 6.
