I was never able to see Dr. Sinha so I can’t speak to that, but I will say that the customer service is seriously lacking. I had made an appointment, but when I called my insurance to check that it would be covered, my insurance told me that Dr. Sinha was leaving his practice and my visit wouldn’t be covered after the initial appointment. I repeatedly tried to call the office to figure this out and was not able to get ahold of them. Dr was always great and answered all my questions. But after a month battle for a prior auth, numerous MyChart messages, being told it was sent to insurance, unable to contact the office via phone, pharmacy/ independent health contacting the office,I was just told I had to switch doctors and they are not able to complete my prior auth due to my primary doctor not being apart of the BMG group. If I could give zero stars I would. Dr asked me why I was there because there wasn't anything wrong with me. I have been treated for my thyroid for 15 years. Find another doctor who will listen and help you instead of making excuses.
