Dr. Ravi is so kind and thorough. My check-in nurse, James, also was excellent. Both men are kind, caring, and very professional. A credit to your organization.
Difficulty getting an appt and answers. The Medical Assistant canceled my appt 5x for a f/u after completing the recommended colonoscopy/Endoscopy to dx what was going on.When I complained, the medical assistant not the Dr., called me and said no f/u was needed despite me still being in terrible pain due to stomach lining swelling every time I tried to eat or drink anything. After that, I felt like the colonoscopy/Endoscopy was just a money maker for the Dr. And office.
Why does it take months to get in??? What if patients get really sick waiting for an appointment??
