They moved out of New Smyrna Beach without notifying their patients. They scheduled a nuclear stress test when I had an office visit in November. The day before the test Advent Health called and said the doctor canceled the stress test and I should call them. I called and found they closed the NSB office and are now only in Brevard County. I asked to speak to the office manager I explained what transpired and she said "sorry".
