Dr Shah is amazing - a wonderful doctor. He is quite knowledgeable and takes great care to explain things very well. I find him to be kind and courteous and he never makes me feel rushed or like he is in a hurry. I always feel like he is really listening to everything I say. He is also a research doctor - to me that means they are always learning how to be better and do better. I love that! Dr. Shah is by far the best doctor I've ever seen for my sleep apnea. He listened carefully to my problems with using my CPAP and thoughtfully addressed them. He explained how he would investigate my throat and sleep apnea to come up with a personalized plan for surgery. He answered all of my questions. I felt great leaving the visit and finally have a way to treat my sleep apnea without the awful CPAP! I trust Dr. Shah and recommend him highly!
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As a new patient I was cut off by Dr Shah when speaking, was “diagnosed” in under 10 minutes with no tests nor diagnostics run, and when I asked for a simple timeframe that symptoms should alleviate I was told “I can’t say”. I left feeling overly dismissed and uncared for. I would have left 0 stars but 1 was the minimum.
