Do yourself a favor and find a better office. The doctor seems very busy and not able to handle new patients. He will have to review your case before even making an appointment. I never heard of this ! Terrible service all around.

If I could give Dr. Mootha and STAFF 1000/10 I would. Everyone was friendly, professional, and personable. They helped me through any questions I had, and I felt ensured I was in the right hands. Thank you again, staff and Dr. Mootha for the positive experience from the start to beginning

Horrible!!!!!! Very upset about the way Dr. Mootha office is run. We arrived 15 minutes early of our appointment to fill out the new patient paperwork, the office was closed. We specifically told to arrive early which we did out of respect of their request. The office was locked no one was there. We even knocked on the door, called and no response. Good luck on getting someone on the phone and if you do they put you on hold and then hang up. My Vasectomy did not work and they wont give me back a refund.

This dr maybe is a fraud he diagnosis to me tumor and canser he do to me one surgery and he want a make one more on two weeks...I told him no and I visit and another dr.urologo and this dr.tool me I you don't have any tumor and canser.....este dr.es posible que este haciendo fraude con los pasientes me diagnostico un tumor y canser en la vejiga y yo visited otros doctores me dijeron que no tengo canser ni tumor no lo recomiendo tengan cuidado esta de acuerdo con los que toman scaner.
