They have improved their office staff since my last visit. Everything was much more professional this time

Do yourself a favor and find a better office. The doctor seems very busy and not able to handle new patients. He will have to review your case before even making an appointment. I never heard of this ! Terrible service all around.

If I could give Dr. Mootha and STAFF 1000/10 I would. Everyone was friendly, professional, and personable. They helped me through any questions I had, and I felt ensured I was in the right hands. Thank you again, staff and Dr. Mootha for the positive experience from the start to beginning

Good luck on getting someone on the phone and if you do they put you on hold and then hang up. My Vasectomy did not work and they wont give me back a refund.
