TO BE HONEST I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 IF I COULD THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL THEY BOOK APPTS THAT THEY NEVER KEEP, THEY LIE ABOUT THE PAYMENTS THAT IS OWED ITS A MESS I WISH I WOULD HAVE LOOKED INTO OTHER OPTIONS B4 PICKING THIS PLACE BEING AS I AM PAYING CASH FOR MY DAUGHTERS BRACES
The front desk staff at this office are unprofessional and lack basic courtesy toward patients. Interactions that should be handled with understanding and respect are often met with rudeness and an unhelpful attitude. Policies are communicated in an unfriendly and sometimes threatening manner for example, warning patients about fines instead of addressing scheduling issues with empathy. The overall experience at the front desk creates unnecessary stress and does not reflect the level of care patients deserve.
Dr. Ravi Kaur is an excellent and caring physician who takes the time to listen and provide quality care. However, the front desk staff leaves much to be desired. When Ms. Aurzoo was part of the team, patients were treated with respect and compassion. Since her departure, the level of professionalism has declined patients are now met with rude behavior and unnecessary threats, such as being fined $60 for arriving late. It’s unfortunate that such a great doctor is represented by staff who do not reflect her standard of care.
Dr. Kaur and her staff were amazing!! From start to finish, they were professional, informative and kind. I'd recommend this practice over and over again.
