My mother underwent 2 GI procedures done by Dr. Prakash at Good Samaritan Hospital. He never came to talk with us about the results. After many attempts to contact him through MyChart messaging I never heard from him or the nurses. In her discharge paperwork she was instructed to schedule an appointment with him ASAP. After many attempts to do so I finally got a call from a scheduler who would not schedule an appointment with him but rather offered a PA to meet with us. Dr Prakask is so kind and caring. He goes above and beyond to find out what is going on. I recommend him highly.
Too busy to treat you in a timely matter and rude staff
I had a Tiff procedure done by Dr. Prakash he was very nice very informative made me feel welcome and at ease about going into surgery. His staff is also great very nice as well. If you need this Dr. Right here know your in great hands. Thanks Doc. For everything
